The level of care on this unit exceeded every expectation. Everyone was phenomenal, patient, and understanding. Thank you so much for your compassion and care that you provided. I love you all; you rock.
You were the ray of sunshine that I needed for healing. You are all amazing. Caring, thorough, and compassionate. Listen to understand and not to respond. I'm going to miss you all. I want to go home, but we'll definitely miss everyone.
My call light was never ignored. You were always prompt, even when the floor was chaotic. That level of attentiveness does not go unnoticed. People often spend time pointing out what goes wrong. We don't give recognition when things go right. You are all perfect.
It's rare to have three days at the hospital and receive five stars across the board. Thank you all for your support, your care, and your exceptional service. You made a difficult time feel safe, supported, and filled with compassion. I am truly grateful.
