They are very caring, polite, and efficient. They make me feel safe. I was prepared for the OR. That night I felt that I could hardly breathe, and the nurses who took care of me, Mark and Janice, were able to de-escalate and helped me calm down. Thank you, Nurse Mark, Nurse Janice, and Nurse Phoebe! And to all the Nurses who were with me, the surgeon, Dr Teresa Lewis, Dr Schirin Tang, and their crew were awesome, and they took the utmost care of me! You will always be in my thoughts and prayers! To all Kaiser Nurses in the ER, OR, and those who are on duty, always serve with a smile and a warm heart, and you will do no wrong.
