Thank you, Mike (security officer), for walking the halls and keeping us safe. Positive Experiences- 3rd floor rooms- always clean rooms, gowns, towels, great options of hygiene with or without water, updated boards in rooms, clock placed in front of patient in bed, versatile furniture, easy access to gloves and laptop, supplies, even coffee. Several ladies, including Michelle, RN, and others, made decaf coffee just for me, and responded when called from the room for help. Medicines (daily) were provided on time. Nurses and other helpful people, who include everyone. I saw so many people encouraging each other in so many different ways, saying, “Just checking on you”, patience with each other, communication, all of you are servants, you all are good at noticing things that need attention for the overall health of patients. Everyone told me that if I needed anything, to let them know each time they were in my room. Quick response to my pain issues after surgery. You exceeded my expectations. The OTs and PTs were fantastic. Very likable and went over all procedures for the betterment of my health. Cafeteria- all meals were delicious. I ate everything. Nice to have choices. Keep using Community Coffee! My hat is off to the cooks. You are to be commended. The nursing station was always on task and meeting the needs of all the patients. Saw a meeting taking place there. Everyone is participating and happy. McDonald's does not have anything on Piedmont Northside. Piedmont Hospital Northside is a happy place.
