My mom was brought in by ambulance suffering from COVID and respiratory problems. The nurses went above and beyond in contacting me and keeping me abreast of the situation. They were loving and understanding of the difficulty I was having and the fact that I would have to make some difficult choices with hospice care. Then a day later my dad was admitted to the same floor also with COVID. Alexis was a sweetheart. She made sure I was able to see my mom and visit with her. She picked me up at the lobby and brought me back downstairs after my visit with my mom. When my mom passed she went peacefully and was well taken care of. This staff went above and beyond. The Riverview Staff excels in heartfelt treatment.
