Our staff has played a big role since the start of COVID-19, and up to now, 3rd Main is still taking care of patients who have COVID infection. They went above and beyond in delivering high-quality nursing care both for non-COVID patients and COVID patients. Their compassion and understanding, not to mention their support for our diversified patients, are beyond satisfactory. They showed competent and excellent confidence in taking challenging patients who are on CIWA Protocol, Hemodialysis, Homeless patients, Combative patients, etc. not to mention dealing with difficult families on top of their daily nursing routine. They are able to manage the unit even when we are short-staffed. You can see and feel the TEAM work on this unit.
