I write to you today to express my gratitude and offer high praise to you and your amazing team of nurses and technicians.  I spent seven days in your wing of the hospital last week and was impressed during every single shift at the level of care and attention I received.  In fact, at one point, I asked Nurse Joe if I was his only patient that night!  

I would like to list here the individuals who gave me exceptional care (and hope I did not miss anyone): Jean, Brenton, Megan, Juliana, Christina, Bernadette, Maria, Jessamae, Rhonda, Johana, Veronica, Miseon, Katina, Delio, Monica, James, Rachel, Gienah, Krista, Aleyda, Adriana, Marisa, Melissa, Trevon, Mindre, Dayana, Zoraida, and Joseph.  I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people.

I would like to thank you, Jenny, for your personal care.  In your role, it would be easy to work at your desk, but you visited me multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. Special thanks for your appearance as an 80's girl on dress up day!
I would be remiss if I did not mention the team of doctors who provided stellar care for me, including Dr. Venzor, Dr. Rajo, Dr. Luv, Dr. Y.Patel, Dr. M.Patel, and Dr. Digioia. 

Finally, the use of the iPad to track my care, meds, and other information was a great way to incorporate technology into the patient experience, especially for those of us with a great need to know.  The "bat phone" that allowed me to call my nurse, or my tech directly was an incredible tool as well.  I tried to use it sparingly, but when I did, I received immediate response and immediate attention. 

When one goes to the hospital through the ER door, they really do not have time to consider the expectations for care.

However, I realized on that very first night that I was in good hands with every doctor, every nurse, and every technician on the Sunday night shift and every shift afterward.

Thank you, Jenny, for your work to keep the standard of care exceptionally high.  I hope you will share my appreciation with your team.
