They carried my world upon their shoulders, while all the time having a pleasant smile. What a special team you have put together with your nursing and doctor staff.
Cortney Williamson, RN Director of 7 Cardiac Stepdown: I want to thank you so much for putting together such a professional, caring team of dedicated people who have their patients’ best interests in mind. Your nursing staff and doctors had the unique ability to put me at ease, transcending way beyond their charter of what is expected, they not only are very educated in their specific disciplines but they honestly care about the people they see and understand what we are going through. It is rare to see such a fine group of people who rely upon and work harmoniously with each other. I witnessed this teamwork with your staff, very busily performing their duties in concert with each other, like a beautifully written symphony.

Cindy Gann, RN along with several of the surgical team who kept checking on me to ensure that I was doing well which put me at ease for the ablation procedure. Claudia Harris, RN and Alexis Williams, PCA have impeccable knowledge in their profession, but with the right blend of heart and soul. To watch Claudia and Alexis work together with love and understanding is a rare quality nowadays.

Upon discharge, Alexandria White, RN provided me clear and simple to follow instructions to expect after I returned home. While she explained the instruction, I noticed that Alexandria meticulously made sure of my complete comprehension and understanding before leaving. It wasn’t scripted, you can see she wants her patients to heal and become well.

Alexandria, Claudia, Alexis, Cindy, Tricia... your entire staff have it right, that ability to give the care that is needed, professional, intelligent, long hard hours for a never-ending job, while keeping their patients comfortable and cared for. They carried my world upon their shoulders, while all the time having a pleasant smile. What a special team you have put together with your nursing and doctor staff. Thank you so much.

I feel sure most nurses could not come close to seeking the top of all the matters my special nurse, Robin Greene, RN, helped me with over the past several hours. She came on strong with her willingness to help me lose my anxiety and my fear of not being able to breathe. She never allowed me to wallow in self pity but always agreed with me on matters that served my good health. She gave me words of calmness and her words were comforting. She was very professional in her work habits and I would recommend her services to any one any time, for these work ethics carry over to all walks of life.

Everyone was sweet, kind, considerate, and compassionate. Every one of them went five extra miles for me! It was as if I was someone special. You can feel sincerity, or when someone is just using words. Lorie Reynolds, RN, made this old Paw Paw feel better with all her natural and spiritual gifts. All good gifts come down from the Father of Lights. As a nurse, Mrs. Lorie is a shining light for her patients.

Besides the excellent care they all showed me, they went the extra mile to find me a way home. They treated me like family, and never gave up trying to help me get home. Now I feel like I have a new family that I am so appreciative of and care a great deal for. Thank you all and God Bless the “True DAISIES” of Seven Stepdown.
