This nomination is for the entire 8 Central Team. The TMs on 8 Central are dedicated to their patients. They handle some difficult and unpredictable patients. This team works well together. They know details about their patients and they treat them with respect. I marvel sometimes at the amount of patience they have with their patients. They meet the patients where they are at and they provide compassionate care. They are cheerleaders for their most depressed patients. They are firm with patients who are angry and demanding. The simple things they do make a big difference in these patients. Visiting family members are treated with gentleness and thoughtfulness. I hope they get recognized for the work that they do here at the hospital. They are an outstanding team and they demonstrate "Humanity at Work".
