9 center had a patient on the unit for an extended stay that lasted months with a very complex diagnosis. The patient required extensive emotional as well as physical support. The staff on 9 Center continued to provide her with the best patient care experience possible. They went above and beyond for her every day, making the time to not only assure that her physical needs were met, but to also assure that her psychological and emotional needs were supported as well. They have worked diligently to ensure that while under their care, this patient, as well as all of their other patients, have been cared for in an environment that focuses not just on quality and safety, but also on the patient experience.
