I am not used to being in a hospital as a patient... and usually, a patient has a good experience with one nurse or nurse assistant, but upon my admission to the A4North unit, all staff have shown a level of professionalism and attention to detail that Florence Nightingale would be proud. They all demonstrated compassionate care and respect gaining my trust, allowing me to rest and not be concerned… they were timely in the task assigned (meds etc). And it was a pleasure to know that I was being taken care of in this great manner. I don’t know how the rest of the hospital is run, but I feel this unit and the staff would serve as a model for healthcare systems to follow. Thank you all for the care you have all shown me.
