My mother had very intense CPR here and is a challenging patient. I am from out of state halfway across the county. Aalen was so accommodating and made us feel like family. She made us all feel at ease. I come from working in several different hospital systems in different states. None of them come close to the care I witnessed here.

Some organizations hire workers and instill the organization's values. I believe that MoBap hires PEOPLE. From the minute you park your car here, it is excellent from top to bottom. However, our nurse stood out. She was competent, confident, responsive, and compassionate. Without asking for a nurse, she was automatically in our room aside from required checks and charting just to visit and she broke the intense/anxious atmosphere of a patient in an ICU. I felt confident each time I stepped out that she was in great care.

There are too many times to list that she went above and beyond. Just one example is custom-making her a heated neck wrap. Again, too many above and beyond to list. I honestly had a sour outlook on healthcare from my own time. Your organization and Aalen changed that. I would come here from anywhere in the country (hoping I never need to) – to be under your care.
