I was not only blown away by the level of knowledge that Aaron had and passed on to me, but mostly by his ability to put himself in his patients' shoes and empathize with their experience. I can't recall every story because it isn't a rarity, it is a method in which he operates on a daily basis and thinks nothing of it because in his mind it is just the right thing to do, to treat others as you would like to be treated.
Aaron explains everything going on to the patients, whether intubated or not, so that they understand their plan of care. Aaron always makes the Vets feel human and respected.
