Aaron oftenseeksopportunities to enhance a patient's experience. During a challenging day with staffing, Aaron took the time to sit down and listen to an elderly patient's concerns. He placed graham crackers on patients' pillows after changing the linens and stayed in his patients' care areas consistently, rounding and ensuring their needs were met. Aaron walked to the nursing unit when a new patient arrived upon transfer. He walked directly to the patient and asked "Are you...." calling the patient by name, and introduced himself. Aaron turned around and helped the patient to his room. He walked back to the nursing unit, picked up the admission papers and immediately returned to the patient's room and began the admitting process.
