August 2022 Honoree
Aaron Cancino, LVN
We brought my mom to the ER from her nursing home. She had high potassium and a very low heart rate. I saw Aaron save my mom’s life. He got her on a pacemaker and gave her medications to raise her heart rate. He talked to me about what was happening with my mom. Aaron did a kick-ass job and I can tell from his character that he is a genuinely good person. I’m a very pessimistic person and always think there’s evil and greed everywhere. Aaron gave me hope that there are still good people out there.
Thank you, Aaron, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
