When I woke up in the Recovery Room after my prostate operation, Aaron introduced himself to me. His bedside manner was exemplary - concerned, caring, and attentive. His knowledge of the particular surgery and treatment was manifest, which filled me with confidence and reassurance.

Whilst he clearly knew his stuff, knew his role, and exuded confidence, he was also humble in his manner. Nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered clearly. Aaron was very patient-focused, which made me feel that I was in very good hands. I could not have been more impressed, and I thank him wholeheartedly for his courtesy, his sensitivity, his experience, and his sense of humor.

Aaron is a thoroughly good guy and an absolute credit to Charing Cross Hospital.
