I can’t express my gratitude and how lucky we are to have Aaron as an RN in our ED. As lead RN in the ICU, we respond to code traumas. Aaron is a great trauma leader, team player, and always welcomes us in the ED. He commands the chaos and is very dedicated to our Level 2 Trauma Center and the patients in need of life-sustaining interventions. He is a patient advocate and a great team player! Aaron’s skill set is amazing, and I am honored to work with such a great, effective, compassionate trauma RN. His nursing practice embodies the core values of the ministry.
