Aaron had two nominations that were very complimentary of Aaron for his awesomeness, professionalism, and a genuine sense of caring for them the patients. He was thanked for his thoroughness in asking all of the right questions to ensure the medications and the care that his patients were getting were correct. Both nominations mentioned his wonderful sense of humor. Both the patients and the family members felt that he genuinely wanted to take care of them, not just work his shift and leave. They felt at peace with Aaron because they knew that they were in the best of care. Both nominations stated that he took extra time to ensure that they as patients felt that their care was important to not only him, but the facility.
