Abagail did her job but also has special finesse as she not only checked in to make sure I was hydrated, she also always made sure I was kept comfortable, had clean linens and was clean in general. She also took the time to help me get much needed physical and occupational therapy prior to discharge. Great job - we need more nurses like you! You were very good for my morale!

She is an angel. No matter what was asked of her, she did it with a smile and the personality of a saint! Abagail told me she was new but acted as if she had been doing this for years. She was a bright spot in my day, kind and very smart. She never complained and always answered questions. She was compassionate, kind, caring, gentle, and born to be an RN. She loves taking care of others and it would be a sad day for West Penn if you were ever to lose her from staffing. She is one of those special nurses that should be compared to Florence Nightingale. You don't come across people like her very often. Thank you so much for all of you went out of your way to do for me. You will not be forgotten and always in my prayers and my heart.
