Abbey Overstreet, RN

Abbey was nominated by a colleague for her role in a loved one's cancer journey. The patient was seeking care in an out-of-state institution and was not doing well. Abbey facilitated a transfer of care to her team. The patient's condition started to improve, allowing more quality time with the family. Abbey was acknowledged for being trustworthy and dependable for the patient and family to lean on. Abbey's clinical skills and instinct were strategic in meeting the patient's needs. The family continues to refer to Abbey as "their angel on earth".
