Dr. Baboolal has the knowledge and skill set to guide all nurses at NYCH+H/Queens to achieve and improve quality outcomes for patient care. Dr. Baboolal has the vision and she focuses on quality and safety of OHC patients. She continuously seeks ways to improve health care services and care delivery for our patients here at Queens and the community at large. Her passion for excellence is highly visible and demonstrated by the various recognitions under her leadership. The recent successful Joint Commission survey with zero findings for the Nursing department, two consecutive Leapfrog A, and Beacon Gold for ICU are some of the testaments to her dedication to quality care. She is a transformational and servant nursing leader!!
