You always knew the instant Abbi came to work! It seemed the entire hospital floor came to life. Things got done and people smiled! Laughter broke out in the halls and she broke through the door with a smile and a plan. She seemed to know what you needed even before you knew you needed it. Abbi would spend time discussing things when I knew she really didn't have the time. She always made certain that you knew what was going with your care. She never failed to ask about your wants and needs. She wanted to know if you were comfortable and how she could help with anything. All the nurses and techs were very good but, of the few I met on my stay, she was the best.
