Abby treated me and my mom wonderfully the whole time we were in ER. She made a major difference when they told me my mom was going to be put on the vent to bring her CO2 level down. Abby explained everything to me and assured me that everything would be ok. Due to COVID I was the only one there to make this decision and it helped so much having such a caring nurse by my side. You are very lucky to have her on your staff.
