Abby is absolutely patient-centered. A was experiencing some despondency from interrupted sleep. Abby got a "Do Not Disturb" order for 6 hours at night. She also got a geo pad for his chair and best of all she took him outside to sit in the sunshine! All of this was done without prompting from A or our family. She saw his suffering and used whatever tools were at her disposal to improve his situation.
I feel that Abby epitomizes the term, "Angel of Mercy". She did all of this with a smile and cheerful attitude!
