When up at the hospital staying with a friend who was a patient in the Neuro CCU, Abby took the time to sit and talk with my friend as he was struggling with a personal issue. She was able to reach him on a level that no one else has. He opened up to her because she showed genuine care and compassion for him at his lowest point. She listened to him. She is truly an angel. After his talk with her, I saw a peace come over him. Abby truly is a blessing and an angel in nurse form. I will forever be grateful for what she did and can never thank her enough!
