Abby Marquardt, BSN, RN

My brother and I came in to visit our grandmother who was in very poor health. We came in right before visiting hours were over due to us having to work late. This didn't stop Abby from allowing us to be very involved in our grandmother's care. She allowed us to help take her vital signs and reposition her so she was more comfortable. Abby took her time to explain to us everything that was going on in great detail and in a way that we could really understand. Although my grandmother was in the ICU previously, I think about this experience often. It was one of the last moments with her, but it truly made all the difference. Thank you, Abby, I look at this memory with positivity and happiness. She put my ill grandmother in the best, most comfortable situation she could. Bless you, Abby!
