She is an excellent nurse and always impresses me with how thorough she is with her work. She is always helping her coworkers and checking on them. She never complains when she is dealt some very difficult patient assignments. She helps the charge nurse set up rooms and other tasks. I never have to ask her to do anything because she is always one step ahead. She also cares a lot for her patients and is always making them smile. We are very lucky to have you on our team and appreciate all that you do!

V was pretty uncomfortable when she came onto her shift, and Abby did everything she could do to help get her and us comfortable and made us feel very safe and at ease with V's care.

Abby has had some phenomenal shifts as a new nurse. She has had some very tough patients but takes it like a champ. She had a very sick patient who needed blood and was about to go to the PICU. She jumped into action and fixed him in 8 short hours, which never once did she complain. I am very impressed with her skills and am hoping for many more shifts together.
