Abby Owens, RN
From the very first time I arrived in my room Nurse Owens showed her very special care and concern for me and my wife. Being very concerned about the reports of overcrowded and overworked nurses, I was hesitant to go to the hospital. I was having chest pains and after a visit to my MD, I was sent to the ER. I was sent to the 2nd floor after my ER workup.
Abby came in and her smile, professionalism, cheeriness, and kindness let me know I was gonna be okay. Abby, being the lead for her squad has happy and enthusiastic, and caring co-workers. She is thorough in her tasks, attentive in her charge, and always helpful and attentive toward me as a patient and my wife. I might add that her positive attitude has an infectious effect on all those she encounters. Thank you, Nurse Abby. You do a great job!
