Abby took the time to not only completely understand what my current medical situation was, but each time I was due for meds or may have been experiencing pain she was ready with what I needed and had a smile on her face, even at 3 am. She delegates responsibility extremely well. The organization level of the floor and cleanliness were outstanding. Exceptionally done.
