Abby uses exceptional critical thinking skills to provide the best care for her patients. She is thorough in her assessments and communicates with physicians swiftly. In addition to that, she has coordinated various things to increase staff morale, such as a coloring board poster and workplace nominations like employee of the month, and assists in planning things like gift exchanges and outings.
