I am the mother of a patient who was admitted today. This day has been a horrific experience for my child and me. I entered Community East with the news about my child. Immediately, I was greeted by a kind soul named Nurse Abby. She was so compassionate, kind and very tentative to my child and me. Abby answered every question and concern I had about my child's health. I never felt ignored or unimportant during my entire stay. She made my child comfortable and valued. I felt like an angel with wings was over her, making sure she was cared for with love and respect. Abby is very detailed and professional. I'm writing to thank Community East Hospital for hiring not just a person, but an angel of mercy. I hope this establishment realizes the value of good customer service because Nurse Abby does and because she was so wonderful. I hope you keep hiring wonderful, caring, compassionate, professionals like her. Abby set the bar really high.
