Abdelhak is a very gentle person who collaborates well with all the staff members. He works with love and cares for patients as if they are his own family. There was a time during the resurgence of COVID-19 in the Unit when sick leaves were uncontrollable. Our staffing has become extremely stretched. I was so worried at that time about how we can manage that shift, but Abdelhak had made me feel I was not on my own even in the most difficult situation. We managed and survived the shift with no less than quality patient care all because of his good leadership and guidance.

Abdelhak always makes sure all requests are attended to and never forgets anything. He always keeps that bright smile, making me feel that the care is genuine and is coming from the abundance of his heart.
