September 2024 Honoree
Abdul Rahimi, RN
When having a panic attack as a full-time student freaking out, Abdul was there to calm me down and direct me where to go. Having a panic attack is no joke. It may seem like nothing, but it feels like you are having a heart attack. I personally describe it as feeling like your body is on fire. I was about to have one because of something that happened in my biochemistry class. Abdul was calm even when I wasn’t; he brought me back to where I needed to be. When I needed to get in touch with my doctor, he was always ready to get in touch and direct me to where I needed to go.
Thank you, Abdul, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
