Abe Montoya, BSN, RN

My father-in-law was admitted to the ICU after being on med/surg. He had a decline in health. Abe was a wonderful nurse. He was kind and compassionate, with impeccable communication skills. He made sure my father-in-law understood what was being done and the reason for the procedure or medication, and he answered all questions. He conveyed information to family members clearly. Abe was very meticulous; therefore, time management and the ability to multitask seemed flawless. Abe was a very knowledgeable nurse who had both intelligence and common sense. Abe was a good listener and an advocate for the patient. Abe is/was kind-hearted, has a caring nature, and is empathetic. Abe is a wonderful asset to PPGH.
