Abby made it her mission to help heal me from me inside and out. With the deepest compassion and sense of my specific situation, she was 100% committed to my physical and mental health journey. She was an active listener and gave over 110% of herself to the job. That does not seem like an accurate word. She did not care for me as if nursing was a job. For her, it seems more like a calling. Her keen sense of patient comfort and health restored my faith in humanity. I felt seen, heard, respected, and safe in her care.
