Abel carefully handled my mom’s IV, cleaned her when she was soiled and explained the patient’s state of waiting concisely to the visiting family. Abel gently moved my mom from the hospital bed to a more comfortable position when she needed it most. Lastly, Abel respected my mom’s wishes and requests when she was able to convey due to her condition because of stage 4 pancreatic / liver cancer. Abel was attentive, professional, kind, and available.
