Abby went above and beyond when she had an infant as a patient. The infant had climbed out of a carseat and was at the Emergency Department for a head injury. Abby had the patient’s teenage mother bring the carseat into the Emergency Department, where she taught her how to properly buckle and secure the patient into the seat, and later Abby accompanied the patient and mother to their car, where she helped the mother to properly install and secure the seat into her vehicle.
