Abby deserves recognition for her extraordinary work. Her work advocating for an elderly patient, without a family member, on a snowy night, went above and beyond the call of duty. After being evaluated, the patient was having difficulty arranging to get home. He was visibly overwhelmed and anxious. Abby went out of her way to ensure he received the support he needed. She took the time to listen to his concerns, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that his needs were met.

Abby's dedication and commitment to her patients is admirable. She is an exceptional nurse dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, even under difficult circumstances.
