When I walked into the office I was met by the most bubbly and welcoming team. They talked me through the steps I needed to take to prepare for the exam. It was my first time to have this exam, so I was very nervous. Once Abigail got back to the room, she talked me through everything that was going to happen and gave me all of the options I could have gone with. She informed me of the necessity of each step and how it would give the best results. In such a moment of vulnerability, she made sure I was 100% comfortable. I got my results fast, and once we were done discussing them, Abigail listed my other questions and concerns. I am very thankful for the care and understanding that was shown to me during my appointment.
