Abby did an above and beyond job with my father today. He has severe back pain and she was the kindest, loving, and patient nurse to him. She took time to explain each and every step she was going to do so he was aware and not surprised at all. Her way with him made the experience so much more tolerable and helped my father deal with the pain and overall traumatic experience.
