Abby was compassionate and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only heard but met. She communicated with my doctors to get the appropriate orders placed, so that I was comfortable. She communicated with me the plans, so I know what to expect. She stayed on top of my pain. She was unselfish and kind with outstanding bedside manners.

She comes to my room immediately when I call with such a cheerful attitude. She spent the time to pull up on the computer, a diagram of the body so that I could see where my pancreas and liver are. I'm depressed, and there hasn't been a time she hasn't walked in with a giant smile. She helped me order my food. She is a huge asset to the team!
