Abby in the SICU nursing staff showed masterful attention to detail for his care and needs. At the same time, Abby was gracious and accommodating towards our family considering the intensity and uncertainty we experienced day to day by his bedside in the SICU. As we observed and interacted with Abby on her shifts with him as her patient, it gave us great comfort to know Abby was there for him and for us. Abby even went so far as to check on him even when he wasn't her patient.
