I needed an NG tube. My regular nurse, who was great, asked Abby to help after 3 failed attempts. Abby went above and beyond, making me feel comfortable and problem-solving about how to get the NG tube in. She finally found a tube that fit. Through an uncomfortable situation, Abby showed excellence, leadership, compassion, and efficiency. She even took the time to visit me the next day to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.
