Abigail took excellent care of the patient. They said she was very compassionate to them and truly knows how to connect with them. They appreciated her service and said she made her experience comfortable and knowledgeable. Abigail took care of the patient during her visit/stay. The patient said that Abigail was very personable and friendly and decreased the patient’s apprehension, helping her feel more comfortable and confident after talking with her. The patient also indicated that Abigail was wonderful and had a very sweet disposition Lastly Abigail was recognized by a patient’s family member for being truly exceptional while keeping them informed about the status of their loved one.
