As a PCU nurse, on the weekend, I had a very complicated ostomy dressing change due to the patient's skin damage. On Abby's day off, she spent 2 hours on the phone with me, walking me through the dressing change. Abby goes above and beyond to help her coworkers and to make sure her patients are getting the best wound care possible, even when she's not on the clock. I do not know many who, on their day off, would spend so much time to be sure the patient had the very best wound care!
