Abigail Thompson, RN

Abby was my labor and delivery nurse for my second daughter. Abby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and heard. When my labor quickly turned for the worse, ending in an emergency C-section, Abby was right there helping explain everything that was going on. Even after the c-section was over, she was so kind and gentle, helping with my recovery. Not only was she a great nurse, but she also heard all my fears and all my tears when my baby was taken to UVA NICU. Abby was a true hero for me in those days. She is an exceptional nurse and made my experience a little brighter than it should have been.
