All of these staff members were excellent, exceptional, and fantastic, from the nursing care to the transportation. Great patient teaching was provided too! I came for my OR procedure and Karen Strong got me ready. I was very stressed and she put me at ease. She was very professional and met all my needs before I even asked. When I came out of the Recovery Room, Barbara Alexander and Lori Brooks took care of me physically and met all my needs before I asked for anything. They showed so much caring. I have had three procedures every six weeks since December and with this experience, the nurses went the extra mile. They made it a wonderful experience!
