I would like to give a very special thank you to a precious and special Nurse, Sr Accalia Ware, working in the Medical Unit of Mediclinic Welkom. What an amazing sister who gives her all to each and every patient. I have so much appreciation for her while I was hospitalized. She does her job with so much love and understanding and always with the most beautiful smile. Nothing is too much for her. As a patient, I have the utmost respect for her.

One evening, my roommate’s catheter bag leaked, and the patient rang the bell. Sr Ware immediately came and cleaned the leaking urine bag without asking the cleaner or any of her colleagues for assistance. What an example of a sister who does not consider herself better than her fellow colleagues—although she was the sister in charge of her night staff. Well done, Sr Ware - you really are an amazing person who does your work with the utmost passion.

I am writing this compliment because, as a patient, I was blessed to be nursed by such a dear soul who shows so much understanding for her patients. Sr Ware is a big asset to the Medical Ward as well as Mediclinic Welkom. She deserves the credit as she goes out of her way for her patients – doing her work with such passion!
