Ada is a nurse that I would feel comfortable in her caring for me as a patient. She gains the patient’s trust with her calm demeanor. Even though it may be the craziest day, Ada makes the patient feel that they are the only one in the world that needs her attention. She has re-arranged her life outside of Drake to help us when we needed help. Ada’s name is on every Press Ganey scorecard for the excellent care that she has provided. I know when Ada is working that everything will run smoothly; it doesn’t matter if there are 4 patients or 23 patients. She will help organize the day so that no patient feels that they may have been given less than exceptional care.
