Ada has motivated our informal leaders to lead the way in developing alternate staffing models, built teams to champion quality of care, and elevated her team by recognizing the Blue Star culture.
Ada continues to lead the way by partnering with QRM. Together the teams are focused on key measures such as CAUTI, CLABSI, Handwashing, and Falls without Injury. Her efforts positively impact patient safety and satisfaction and organizational reimbursement.
Lastly, she is a representation of the Blue Star culture. Her actions represent ECRMC and our community’s values. With her leadership, MedSurg and ICU team will continue to strive to be the outstanding patient experience. She exemplifies our Blue Star Culture.
