I had the privilege of having Adallyn on two different admissions for my daughter. She is an extraordinary nurse, always goes above and beyond with her skills. She always cares for her patients. There was a time where my daughter was having trouble sleeping and Adallyn was starting her shift. She made it PERFECT. She put on meditation music and swaddled her to try to get her to sleep. Since then my daughter calms down with relaxing videos. During the same night, Adallyn brought a nursing chair to accommodate the way my child sleeps as she was having trouble breathing.
Adallyn explained that her airway would open up better. But what surprised me was how bringing the chair to the room made it seem that there were no obstacles to accommodate her patient. I am so grateful to her.
She is truly a stellar nurse. She advocates for her patients and anticipates their needs, effectively communicates and creates a high level of patient satisfaction while preventing medical mishaps.
